About the Author
Jeffrey S. Oakley, Ph.D., CSP, is the Department Chair in Occupational Safety and Health at College of the Mainland, and the Director of the Gulf Coast Safety Institute. He has conducted accident investigations for the Department of Energy, corporations, and private companies which involved catastrophic property loss as well as fatalities. This text is a Keeper. I will be using this text in the years to come. Jeffery S. Oakley explains each and every topic in a very simple and direct way that not only makes sense but will elevate my knowledge so that I feel comfortable that when called upon to produce a clear and concise document for an accident investigation I will be able to.
