Some people would consider spending $40+ on a book just plain silly... But the if you follow through on the information Mitch gives in this book, your return on investment will be incalculable.
This is a must read for anybody who even considers themselves a Real Estate Investor or has hopes of becoming one in the near future.
I literally cracked opened this book and read it cover to cover in only 2 sitting and can't wait to implement these very strategies in my own business.

After reading Mitch's D Art of Owner Financing I feel like I can BREATHE!!
I've been a real estate investor and LLAANNDDLLOOORRDD for 15+ yrs. If calamity can happen...then both of my hands are RAISED!!
What happened....broken windows, dog POOP, ran-out-in-d-middle-of-d night, a fire almost burned one property, HOA issues because of unkempt tenants...well you get the gist of my angst.
Owner financing....collecting money for "hip-natinonal-bank.....which is my pocket sounds great!!!
Collecting rent and then unexpected repairs.....yeah I've been there ---done that----don't want to do-it again.
Oh yeah, all of my houses have mortgages so being d bank is extremely appealing.
I am a little guy out here trying to make-it in real estate and this is d best thing I've heard of.
Finally I can get instructions from someone that's specialized in this area rather than a "do it all real estate know it all/nothing".
I will post again after using this strategy & completing my firt purchase.
